Manipulators

Column and Boom Manipulators are designed to work independently or in conjunction with rotating and/or positioning equipment to locate and position the Automatic Welding Head in the correct orientation over the workpiece to achieve the necessary down-hand weld. They can also be used in conjunction with Cutting Machines Installation, Semi-Automatic Welding Installations and for supporting Grinding Heads.

Column and Boom Manipulators allow the use of fully automated production techniques which increases quality, and reduces production time and operator fatigue.

Models range from 1.8 meters to 8 meters and carrying capacities up to 600kg on each or either end.
